Egal ob zum Mittagessen, ein fixes Feierabend Essen, oder am Wochenende &#8211; wenn man mal keine Lust hat lange in der K\u00fcche zu stehen. Denn f\u00fcr genau solche Tage habe ich dir ein schnelles vegane Kichererbsen Curry mit Spinat kreiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die letzen Tage war bei mir selber viel los und ich war sehr unterwegs &#8211; hatte nicht viel Zeit und wollte trotzdem nicht auf eine leckere und vor allem gesunde Mahlzeit verzichten. Glutenfreie Gerichte bekommen mir auf Dauer einfach besser habe ich erkannt. Aber egal wie du dich ern\u00e4hrst, eines ist dieses schnelle Kichererbsen Curry auf jeden Fall: unschlagbar lecker! Ich liebe diese leckeren H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte. Besonders, weil sie ein klasse Eiwei\u00dflieferant sind. Zudem liefern sie auch Ballaststoffe, komplexe Kohlenhydrate und Mineralstoffen wie Eisen, Zink, Magnesium, Kalzium und Selen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spinat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Spinat kann man immer gut in ein Curry mischen. So hast du ein zus\u00e4tzliches Gem\u00fcse dabei und es liefert die au\u00dferdem B-Vitamine und Vitamin C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erdnussbutter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Was Erdnussbutter hier zu suchen hat? Nein &#8211; ich habe mich nicht vertan. Manche Menschen verfeinern Gerichte gerne mit Sahne &#8211; ich finde f\u00fcr Curies eignet sich vor allem Erdnussbutter, oder ein anderes Nussmu\u00df.
