Ich vertrage zum Beispiel kein Quinoa, deshalb ist Polenta hier eine wundervolle Alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Polenta-Salat brauchst Du nur wenige Zutaten. Zuerst kochst Du die Polenta nach Packungsanweisung. In der Zwischenzeit kannst Du Dir die restlichen Zutaten vorbereiten. Dazu geh\u00f6ren: Gartengem\u00fcse wie Tomaten und Gurke, zudem Bohnen, Mais und Kapern und frische Kr\u00e4uter wie feiner Dill. Au\u00dferdem Oliven\u00f6l und Salz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Polenta fertig gekocht ist, l\u00e4sst Du sie abk\u00fchlen. Anschlie\u00dfend vermischst Du alle Zutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel. F\u00fcr einen besonders leckeren Geschmack empfehle ich Dir noch etwas Zitronensaft oder Limettensaft dazuzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Sch\u00f6ne an dem Polenta-Salat ist, dass er schnell zubereitet ist und trotzdem sehr lecker schmeckt.
