Kein Problem!<\/h1>\n<p>Sich vegan zu ern\u00e4hren heist nicht, dass man viel Soja essen muss um sein Proteinlevel oben zu halten. Im Gegenteil: Ich mag es nicht besonders und vertragen kann ich es leider auch nicht so gut. Deshalb habe ich dieses Rezept kreiert! Es ist perfekt, wenn es einmal schnell gehen muss. Egal, ob du es sofort isst, oder f\u00fcr unterwegs vorbereitest. Es beansprucht nur 10 Minuten deiner Zeit, w\u00e4hrend es voller Proteine und gesunden Fetten ist.<\/p>\n<p>Wo kommen die Proteine also her?<\/p>\n<p>Ich bevorzuge rote Linsennudeln gegen\u00fcber normalen Nudeln, da sie aus 100% Linsenmehl hergestellt sind. \u00c4hnlich wie Erbsen-\u00a0oder Kichererbsenmehl, hat rotes Linsenmehl bis zu 23g Eiwei\u00df\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myfitnesspal.com\/food\/calories\/raw-red-lentils-dry-202316973\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">100g<\/a>. Das ist fast ein Viertel!<\/p>\n<p>Hast du schon mal Linsennudeln probiert? Wenn nicht, ist es auf jeden Fall einen Versuch wert!
