Diese Kombination ruft bei mir immer Erinnerungen hervor! Kindheitserinnerungen, als wir es nicht abwarten konnten, bis der Pflaumenkuchen auf dem Blech abgek\u00fchlt war und wir ihn endliche genie\u00dfen konnten. Mehr als \u00fcberhaupt je in unsere B\u00e4uche gepasst h\u00e4tte. Die Pflaume ist aber auch einfach eine Tradition hier, super s\u00fc\u00df und so vielseitig einsetzbar. Marmelade, Kompott, Kuchen und viele vor allem deutsche Klassiker lassen sich damit zaubern.<\/p>\n<p>Nichts desto trotz ist ja die Pflaume f\u00fcr mich immer das Beste am Pflaumenkuchen. Diese saftig-fruchtige obere Schicht. Gef\u00fcllt mir ganz vielen Pflaumen und viel zu viel Zucker. Also habe ich den f\u00fcr diese Version einmal weggelassen. Und \u00fcbrig bleibt..ja was bleibt denn da noch? Geschmack! Mehr Platz f\u00fcr Geschmack bleibt da. Wie? In eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben. Zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten f\u00fcr das M\u00fcsli verr\u00fchren. Dann mit all den Zutaten f\u00fcr das Kompott in einen kleinen Topf geben.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das M\u00fcsli immer wieder umr\u00fchren, dass es von jeder Seite gut ger\u00f6stet wird. Das kann bis zu 10-15 Minuten dauern.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das Kompott bei maximaler Hitze zum Aufkochen bringen und dann die Hitze ein wenig reduzieren. Immer wieder umr\u00fchren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Sobald das M\u00fcsli fertig ist, auf zwei Teller oder Sch\u00fcsseln verteilen. Den Joghurt hinzugeben und das Kompott. Wenn ich so daran denke, will ich das Kompott am liebsten gleich sofort wieder machen. Pflaumen sind reich an Vitamin A, C, B2, B3, B-6 und E. Dazu besitze sie auch noch sehr viele Mineralien. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heilpraxisnet.de\/naturheilkunde\/pflaumen-inhaltsstoffe-anwendungen-und-zubereitung\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Mehr Infos dazu gibt es hier (nicht gesponsert).<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"p3_pin_wrapper_outer \">\n<div>\n<p>Und obwohl dieses Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck eher aussieht wie etwas, dass man an einem gem\u00fctlichem Sonntagmorgen essen w\u00fcrde, nimmt es kaum Zeit in Anspruch. Es macht auf jeden Fall viel her.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Das M\u00fcsli l\u00e4sst sich aber auch bequem am Vortag zubereiten und in einem Luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter oder Schraubglas h\u00e4lt es sich bis zu zwei Wochen lang.
