Das Gr\u00fcnteepulver hat es aber auch in sich: er ist besonders reichhaltig and vielen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zentrum-der-gesundheit.de\/antioxidantien-ia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">verschiedenen Antioxidantien<\/a>, was ihn sehr wertvoll f\u00fcr unsere Zellen und somit unseren K\u00f6rper macht. Zudem l\u00e4sst sich das Pulver einfach in den verschiedensten Speisen integrieren. Hierzu einfach eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel nehmen. Die N\u00fcsse einf\u00fcllen und Filterwasser hinzugeben. Hierzu einfach eine beschichtete Pfanne ohne \u00d6l erhitzen und die N\u00fcsse von beiden Seiten leicht r\u00f6sten.
