Spritzige <a href=\"https:\/\/marie2.prodesign.media\/veganes-weihnachtsmenue-teil-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Mocktails<\/a> und als Vorspeise eine <a href=\"https:\/\/marie2.prodesign.media\/veganes-weihnachtsmenue-teil-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">super cremige Blumenkohl-Kartoffelsuppe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Heute gehen wir nun in die Vollen mit dieser Hauptspeise!<br \/>\nEs gibt knusprig gebratene Polentastreifen, ofenger\u00f6stete Karotten und Partisane, Rosenkohl mit ger\u00e4uchertem Paprikapulver, warmen Rote Beete Salat und das alles auf einer leichten, veganen K\u00e4se-Kartoffelcreme!<\/p>\n<p>Wow! Was ein Satz!<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe das Rezept \u00fcbrigens so gestaltet, dass ihr alles mit dem kleinstm\u00f6glichen Zeitaufwand kochen k\u00f6nnt. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Karotten, Pastinake und Rosenkohl waschen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die Karotten m\u00fcssen hierf\u00fcr nicht gesch\u00e4lt werden. Falls es gro\u00dfe Karotten sind, empfiehlt es sich, sie zu halbieren.<\/p><p>Pastinake l\u00e4ngs in Streifen schneiden und beides auf das Backblech geben, Platz f\u00fcr den Rosenkohl lassen. Der hat eine k\u00fcrzere Garzeit und kommt erst sp\u00e4ter dazu.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das Gem\u00fcse mit Oliven\u00f6l und Ahornsirup betr\u00e4ufeln, sowie eine gute Prise Salz dar\u00fcber.<\/p><p>Die Zitrone halbieren und den frischen Saft direkt \u00fcber dem Gem\u00fcse auspressen. Vorsicht, dass keine Kerne auf das Blech kommen. Die ausgepresste Zitrone dann direkt mit auf das Blech legen, das ergibt beim R\u00f6sten ein wundervolles Aroma.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>F\u00fcr den Rosenkohl: Die \u00e4u\u00dferen Bl\u00e4tter entfernen, R\u00f6schen halbieren und in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben. 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l, Salz, sowie ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver hinzugeben und einmal unterr\u00fchren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das Blech mit den Karotten und Pastinake in den Ofen geben und f\u00fcr etwa 6 Minuten auf mittlerer Schiene r\u00f6sten. Dann den Rosenkohl dazu geben und weitere 12 Minuten r\u00f6sten, bis alles sch\u00f6n golden ist.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>In einem kleinen Topf nun das Wasser f\u00fcr die Polenta erhitzen. Polenta unter R\u00fchren einreisen lassen, aufkochen, vegane Butter, sowie Salz hinzugeben und noch einmal kr\u00e4ftig r\u00fchren. Vom Her nehmen und 5 Minuten im Topf weiter quellen lassen. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die Polenta auf einem frisch gewaschenem Schneidebrett in der From eines Rechteckes (ca 15x25 cm) verstreichen. Sie sollte nun sehr dickfl\u00fcssig sein. Das ganze 30 Minuten ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>W\u00e4hrenddessen die Rote Beete waschen, sch\u00e4len und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. In einem Top mit Wasser und am besten mit einem Garsieb, etwa 10 Minuten garen. Sie sollte am Ende noch ein wenig Biss haben.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das Gem\u00fcse aus dem Ofen sollte nun fertig sein. Am besten in Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen. Den Ofen etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann in diesem bei 60\u2103 warmhalten.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>In einem kleinen Topf den Blumenkohl und die halbe Kartoffel in Wasser mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche garen. <a href=\"https:\/\/marie2.prodesign.media\/veganes-weihnachtsmenue-teil-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">ODER einfach diese Zutaten von der Vorspeise <\/a>abnehmen, bevor du die Suppe p\u00fcrierst. Dies eignet sich perfekt.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Sobald der Blumenkohl und die Kartoffel gar sind, Zusammen mit der Br\u00fche und den restlichen Zutaten f\u00fcr die K\u00e4se-Kartoffelcreme in einem kleinen Mixer oder mittel Standmixer zu einer feinen Creme verr\u00fchren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die Rote Beete abgie\u00dfen und in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l, sowie 2 EL Balsamico Essig verr\u00fchren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Den Granatapfel sch\u00e4len. Hierf\u00fcr verwende ich immer einen Trick.
