Grundlegend hat man seine Mahlzeit sch\u00f6n und \u00fcbersichtlich auf einem Teller. Entweder zum Mittagessen oder zum Abendessen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn mich sich das aus einem ern\u00e4hrungstechnischen Blickpunkt anschaut, hat es auch nur Vorteile. Man kann direkt die Verteilung der verschiedenen Gruppen sehen und hat es somit auch hier nochmal einfacher. Kohlenhydrate, Gem\u00fcse, Eiwei\u00df und gesunde Fette. Nichts davon ist schlecht, aber es sollte nat\u00fcrlich immer alles in einer ausgewogenen Balance sein. Und genau das kann man bei einer Bowl immer gleich auf den ersten Blick sehen.<\/p>\n<h1>Alles in einer Sch\u00fcssel<\/h1>\n<p>Wenn man sich mein Foto genauer ansieht, sieht man direkt die Kohlehydrate: den Reis. Gesunde Fette durch die Avocado, gr\u00fcne Bl\u00e4tter durch den Salat, Gem\u00fcse wie Paprika und Brokkoli und nat\u00fcrlich auch gen\u00fcgend Proteine. Und zwar durch die Kidneybohnen, sowie auch in der So\u00dfe. Dort verstecken sich n\u00e4mlich Cashewn\u00fcsse, sowie N\u00e4hrhefe.<\/p>\n<p>Wie der Name dieses Artikels schon sagt, ist dies ein super schnelles Mittagessen. Es l\u00e4sst sich in unter 30 Minuten zaubern. Und das f\u00fcr so eine nahrhafte und leckere Bowl. Das ist wohl eine sehr gut angelegte halbe Stunde.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich habe ich noch eine Geheimtipp f\u00fcr euch: Wenn ihr noch Reis vom Vortag \u00fcbrig habt und die So\u00dfe schon im K\u00fchlschrank habt, da ihr sie vielleicht schon probiert habt, dann braucht ihr f\u00fcr das Gericht nur knappe 15 Minuten. Wenn das nicht mal fix ist? Also &#8220;keine Zeit&#8221; muss nicht sein. Lecker und gesund kann auch super schnell gehen. Ich lege es euch sehr ans Herz. Falls dies zeitlich nicht reicht, einfach in einem Topf mit Wasser bedecken und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Wir bracuhen sie weich f\u00fcr die So\u00dfe.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Koche den Reis nach Packungsanweisung. Ich nehme immer die doppelte Menge Wasser, wie Reis. Also eine halbe Tasse Reis mit einer Tasse Wasser aufkochen, eine Prise Salz dazu und dann bei mittlerer Stufe etwas 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Paprika und Brokkoli waschen und schneiden.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfeln.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>In einer Pfanne 1 EL \u00d6l erhitzen und die Zwiebel golden darin anbraten. Dann paprika und Brokkoli hinzugeben und ebenfalls mit anbraten.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Mit einer halben Tasse Wasser abl\u00f6schen und dann bei mittlerer Stufe etwa 7 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>In der Zwischenzeit alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Sp\u00dfe in den Mixer geben und sch\u00f6n cremig mixen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Den Salat waschen und schneiden. Die Kidneybohnen abgie\u00dfen und abwaschen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Deine Bowl nehmen und beides sch\u00f6n anrichten. Dann den Reis und das gem\u00fcse dazu. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Eine halbe Avocado sch\u00e4len und fein schneiden, auf die Bowl geben und mit Sesam dekorieren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die Limette halbieren und Saft einer halben Limette direkt \u00fcber alles dr\u00fcber geben. Bei Bedarf mehr Limettensaft nehmen, oder als Deko verwenden.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die So\u00dfe in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel geben, oder direkt \u00fcber die Bowl giesen.
