Oder nicht?<\/p>\n<p>Ich f\u00fcr meinen Teil liebe sie einfach so sehr, und es gibt Phasen, da k\u00f6nnte ich mehr als nur zwei gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke verdr\u00fccken&#8230; Aber darauf gehen wir hier bitte mal nicht ein.<\/p>\n<p>Brownies sind einfach mehr als nur Schokolade. Sie sind saftig, weich und lecker und bis obenhin voll mit dem schokoladigsten Geschmack. Nat\u00fcrlich musste ich da schnell eine vegane alternative finden. Denn ich ohne Brownies? Stellt euch das mal vor &#8211; oder lieber nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb schnell zu meinem Rezept: ihr habt da oben schon richtig gelesen. Da steht &#8220;Kichererbsen Brownies&#8221;. Und do manch einer denkt sich jetzt vielleicht: &#8220;Kichererbsen und Schokolade? Wo sind wir denn da hingekommen?&#8221;. &nbsp;Aber hier geht es nun eben nicht voranging um die Kichererbsen. Sie stellen lediglich eine enorm proteinreiche Eiwei\u00dfquelle dar. In den Brownies selbst, kann man sie gar nicht schmecken. Findet ihr immer noch suspekt?<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe das ganz an unseren Nachbarn getestet. Ich habe ihnen lediglich gesagt, dass es sich um Brownies mit einer besonderen Zutat handelt. Keiner konnte diese eine Zutat ausfindig machen.<br \/>\nSomit sage ich euch: Versucht sie einmal selbst! \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank &quot;nachziehen&quot; l\u00e4sst. man kann sie nat\u00fcurlich auch frisch genie\u00dfen, aber ich mage sie so viel mehr.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Notiz: Falls kein Haferflockenmehl zur Hand ist, k\u00f6nnt ihr haferflocken in eurem Mixer ganz einfach selber &quot;mahlen&quot;. Dazu einfach die Haferflocken auf h\u00f6chster Stufe f\u00fcr etwa 10 Sekunden zerleinern.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Den Ofen auf 180\u2103 vorheizen und eine Springform 20x20 cm, oder \u00e4hnliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das Hafermehl zusammen mit den Datteln und abgetropften und gewaschenen Kichererbsen in den Mixer geben und pulsen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die restlichen Zutaten f\u00fcr den Teig - bis auf die Tafel Schokolade - hinzufeben und gut mixen. Die Masse soll nicht komplett cremig sein. Es d\u00fcrfen gerne noch St\u00fcckchen vorhanden sein.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Nun 3\/4 Der Schokoladentafel hacken und mit einem L\u00f6ffel unter den Teig heben. Dann das ganze in die Springform geben und etwa 40 Minten backen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Wie bei normales Brownies auch, wird der teig nicht &quot;druch&quot; aussehen. Keine Sorge, das zeiht noch nach.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Nun die Brownies bei Raumpemperatur abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann am besten \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das Kokos\u00f6l f\u00fcr die Glasur langsam schmelzen, Mandelmu\u00df und Ahronsirup hinzugeben und gut verr\u00fchren. Das ganze \u00fcber die Brownies geben.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Das letzte St\u00fcck von der Tafel Schokolade raspeln und zu guter Letzt \u00fcber der Glasur verteilen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Brwonies in St\u00fccke schneiden und servieren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Der Rest der Brownies l\u00e4sst sich problemlos im K\u00fchschrank aufbewahren und h\u00e4lt dort etwas 1 Woche in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4ltnis.
