Ich esse ein Glas davon (200g, reine gemahlene N\u00fcsse ohne Zusatz) in gut zwei Wochen. \u00dcber mein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, in meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/marie2.prodesign.media\/super-smoothie\/\">Smoothie<\/a>\u00a0oder einfach pur. Ich m\u00fcsste fast schon ein Buch schreiben: &#8220;Abnehmen dank Erdnussbutter&#8221;, denn das habe ich tats\u00e4chlich getan! Ich mache nun seit einem Jahr regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Sport. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfig hei\u00dft, circa\u00a0vier mal die Woche Kraft und Ausdauer. Au\u00dferdem esse ich keinen Industriezucker und kein Weizen und nehme weiterhin ab. Denn ich bin davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass die richtigen Fette beim Abnehmen helfen. Sie machen l\u00e4nger satt und geben Dir schneller ein S\u00e4ttigungsgef\u00fchl, als sogenannte &#8220;Low-fat&#8221; Produkte. Das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fid-gesundheitswissen.de\/ernaehrung\/oelefette\/oelefette-die-richtigen-fette-fuers-gehirn\/\">Gehirn selbst besteht zu 60% aus Fetten<\/a>! Dazu muss glaube ich nicht viel mehr gesagt werden. Und wenn man l\u00e4nger satt ist, nascht man auch nichts unvern\u00fcnftiges. Au\u00dfer diese leckeren Erdnussbutter Energieb\u00e4llchen. Die sind n\u00e4mlich richtig vern\u00fcnftig und d\u00fcrfen gerne mal beim Kaffe gegen Kuchen ausgetauscht werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>So kam ich zu den Erdnussbutter Energieb\u00e4llchen<\/h2>\n<p>Mit meinen Rezepten bin ich t\u00e4glich auf Instagram unterwegs, um meine Bilder zu teilen und mir vor allem neue Inspiration, Ideen und Rezeptkreationen anzusehen. So wurde\u00a0Synne\u00a0auf mich aufmerksam. Ein ganz liebe Norwegerin, die auf ihrem Blog &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/thesugarfreebaker.com\/blog\/\">the sugarfree baker<\/a>&#8221; ihre Leidenschaft f\u00fcr zuckerfreies Backen teilt.\u00a0Wir kamen ins Gespr\u00e4ch und so entstand die Idee f\u00fcr\u00a0einem Rezepttausch! Ich tauschte meine <a href=\"https:\/\/marie2.prodesign.media\/saftige-mandel-energiebaellchen\/\">saftigen Mandel Energieb\u00e4llchen<\/a>\u00a0gegen ihre Erdnussbutter Energieb\u00e4llchen. Die Konsistenz wird am besten, wenn man die Energieb\u00e4llchen 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen l\u00e4sst. Halten sich in einem luftdichtem Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr circa 2 Wochen im K\u00fchlschrank.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Notiz:\u00a0Das Rezept habe ich leicht an meinen Mixer angepasst, da man keine zus\u00e4tzliche Fl\u00fcssigkeit braucht, wenn der Mixer lange genug r\u00fchrt. Auch haben wir den von uns \u00fcblichen Sirup ausgetauscht. Ich h\u00e4tte nicht gedachte, dass Zitrone und Erdnussbutter so unheimlich gut zusammen passen!
