Das ist Oatmeal, oder Porridge (wie man es lieber sagt) und zwar im Ofen gebacken. Ich habe es lange Zeit gar nicht versucht, da ich wirklich sehr viel lieber das ganze in einem Topf auf dem Herd koche. ABER, ich muss sagen, es hat mit den gebackenen Fr\u00fcchten sooo lecker geschmeckt, dass das hier bestimmt nicht das letzte mal gewesen war, dass ich Baked Oatmeal gemacht habe. Selbst als Resteessen macht es sich super! Vor allem mit frischem Kokosjoghurt, gepufftem Amaranth und noch mehr frischen Fr\u00fcchten oben drauf.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer passenden \u00dcbersetzung habe ich \u00fcbrigens auch bereits Ausschau gehalten. Es hat dennoch keine so gut gepasst. Beiseite stellen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>In einem Topf das Kokos\u00f6l langsam schmelzen. Mandeldrink und Ahortnsirup mit einr\u00fchren und alles zusammen \u00fcber die Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Haferflockenmix geben. Gut verr\u00fchren.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die Aprikosen waschen, halbieren und entsteinen.
