Und ohne Tofu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie soll das denn gehen? Einmal Fleischb\u00e4llchen und aus was sollen die dann sein? Gras und Steine?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein! Ich kann euch beruhigen. Diese veganen Fleischb\u00e4llchen schmecken super rauchig und w\u00fcrzig und sind auf der Basis schwarzer Bohnen. Die machen das ganze von der Textur so ein bisschen wie Fleischb\u00e4llchen. Hinzu kommen allerlei Gew\u00fcrze und Liquid Smoke &#8211; also fl\u00fcssiger Rauch. Kennt ihr das? Habe das ewig nicht versucht und bin nun auf den Geschmack gekommen. Kann es euch nur w\u00e4rmstens empfehlen. Denn es verleiht vor allem den veganen Gerichten ohne Fleisch einen sehr w\u00fcrzigen und rauchigen Geschmack. Ohne dabei zu sehr nach richtigem Fleisch zu schmecken. Das finde ich ja immer richtig wichtig. Denn nach 4,5 Jahren veganer Ern\u00e4hrung, m\u00f6chte man nicht das richtige Fleisch schmecken. Aber so ein ad\u00e4quater Ersatz ist schon richtig nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vegan kochen kann so einfach sein<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese veganen Fleischb\u00e4llchen lassen sich super f\u00fcr die ganze Familie kochen und passen perfekt zu Reis oder Nudeln. Je nach dem, was ihr am liebsten habt.
