Auf die Hand. Zum Essen in der Schnelle. Aber trotzdem gesund, lecker und voller wichtiger N\u00e4hrstoffe! Ja, manchmal w\u00fcnscht man sich, was auf den Teller kommt w\u00e4re ein Wunschkonzert. Aber soll ich euch einmal etwas verraten? Das klappt meistens sogar. Nur ein paar Minuten in der K\u00fcche und dieses wundervolle Thunfischsalat Sandwich k\u00f6nnte eures sein! Und dabei ist da gar kein Thunfisch drinnen! Ob vegan oder nicht, ich mag \u00fcberhaupt keinen Thunfisch. Und genau aus diesem Grund habe ich mich so lange nicht an veganen Tunfischsalat getraut. Wozu auch?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber man oh man hab ich was verpasst! Und damit es euch nun nicht auch so geht, hab ich es euch einfach einmal kurz und knapp herunter gebrochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veganer Thunfisch?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der vegane &#8220;Thunfisch&#8221; ist in Wirklichkeit nichts anderes als Kichererbsen. Sch\u00f6n fein zerdr\u00fcckt mit der Gabel. Daher kommt \u00fcbrigens auch unser hoher Protein-Anteil des Sandwichs. Denn in Kichererbsen stecken bis zu 30% Proteine! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kleine Randnotiz: Kichererbse hei\u00dft auf portugiesisch \u00fcbrigens Gr\u00e3o de bico. Was so viel hei\u00dft, wie Schnabel Korn. Weil die Kichererbse tats\u00e4chlich so eine kleine Spitze hat. Ist euch das schon mal aufgefallen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur\u00fcck zu unserem Sandwich. Schaut es euch an! Ich hab gleich zwei davon verspeist, weil es mir so gut geschmeckt hat! Nun seid ihr dran!
