Nun ja, schon fast. Also diesem Monat macht der April noch was er will und letzte Woche gabs noch Schnee? Ok, ich glaube wir sind uns alle einig: der Fr\u00fchling sollte schnellstm\u00f6glich einziehen und hier und da kann man ihn schon ersp\u00e4hen. Gestern habe ich es schon alleine daran erkannt, dass es einfach l\u00e4nger hellt bleibt und die V\u00f6gel wieder so richtig zwitschern!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passend dazu l\u00e4uten wir auch hier auf dem Blog den Fr\u00fchling ein! Seid ihr mit dabei? Denn unser aktuelles Rezept ist einfach, ohne Backen; vegan und zudem glutenfrei! Und wenn das noch nicht genug w\u00e4re, stecken diese leckeren Cupcakes voller Himbeeren und Aromen von Zitrone. Das klingt nach vollstem Fr\u00fchling f\u00fcr mich! Zusammen mit dem Ahornsirup, Hafermilch, Kokos\u00f6l, Vanillepulver und Salz in den Mixer geben. Zu einer glatten Masse verarbeiten.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>2\/3 der Masse in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Beiseite stellen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Nun die Himbeeren in den Mixer geben und noch einemal sch\u00f6n mixen. Dies Masse nun auf den Keksboden geben und mindestens eine Stunde in die Gefriertruhe stellen. Die Sch\u00fcssel mit der anderen H\u00e4lfte solange in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die F\u00fcllung aus der Sch\u00fcssel nun mit Kurkuma vermengen und 1\/2 davon in die Muffinformen geben und mindestens 6h in die Gefriertruhe stellen. Am besten \u00fcber Nacht. Die restliche Masse im K\u00fchlschrank lagern und damit am n\u00e4chsten Tag Swirls auf die Cupcakes zaubern (am besten 1 Stunde vor Verzehr herausnehmen und verzieren).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Sobald die Cupcakes einmal gefroren sind, halten sie sich bis zu 6 Monate.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Du hast dieses Rezept ausprobiert? Das nenne ich Effizienz auf Hochtouren!
