Ok &#8211; das waren gleich einmal zwei Dinge. Aber lassen wir es einfach genau so stehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Fr\u00fchling kommt, mach ich mich so gerne an Marmelade und Kompott. Meine Tastatur dachte schon ich plane einen Komplott. Nein, nichts dergleichen, keine Sorge. Kompott &#8211; mit Zucker gekochtes Obst, das man meistens in Verbindung zu (S\u00fc\u00df-)Speisen isst. Und wie immer bei meinen Rezepten, habe ich versucht, den Zucker so gesund und wenig wie nur m\u00f6glich zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses vegane und glutenfreie Rhabarber Komplott habe ich Vollrohzucker und ein wenig Ahornsirup verwendet. Vollrohzucker, f\u00fcr dan leicht malzig-s\u00fc\u00dflichen Geschmack und Ahornsirup f\u00fcr die karamelliere Note. Ich glaube, das ist mir richtig gut gelungen. Denn eigentlich mag ich gar keinen Rhabarber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tja, so kann es auch einmal kommen: viele Jahre habe ich Rhabarber gar nicht gemocht und als ich dann ready war mit ihm zu experimentieren, wusste ich nicht WAS! Rein technisch muss ich mich bei meiner Mutter bedanken. Ich finde, Rhabarber alleine kann sehr schnell eine unsch\u00f6ne Farbe haben. Deswegen wollte ich das ein wenig &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich &#8211; unterst\u00fctzen. Muss aber nicht sein. Man kann anstatt dessen auch Erdbeeren verwenden. Oder die Beeren komplett weg lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das fertige Rhabarber Komplott l\u00e4sst sich \u00fcbrigens wunderbar zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck reichen. Auf den Joghurt, oder auf Brot. Oder auf dem Nachtisch. Zu Kuchen oder Quark?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wozu w\u00fcrdest du das Kompott reichen oder essen? Gerne einmal in die Kommentare damit.
