Und jedes Mal, wenn der Herbst so unmittelbar ist, habe ich Lust auf selbstgemachte Zimtschnecken. Vegan &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich. Super einfach und super lecker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Letzten Sp\u00e4t-Sommer war ich in Schweden unterwegs und dort liegt auch der Ursprung unserer hei\u00dfbegehrten K\u00f6stlichkeit. Den Kanelbullar. Sie wurden in den 1920er Jahren zwar erstmals gebacken, wurden aber wegen ihrer damals raren Zutatenliste erst weitaus sp\u00e4ter ber\u00fchmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der heutige Tag (4. Oktober) ist sogar der Tag der Zimtschnecke und die Schweden feiern diesen Tag. So auch wir heute. Etwa 100 Jahre nach ihrer Erfindung und dann sogar noch in vegan. Ein Thermometer ist hilfreich, da die Mischung maximal 38 \u00b0C\/100 \u00b0F betragen sollte. Andernfalls sterben Hefebakterien ab und der Teig wird nicht fluffig.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Hefe und braunen Zucker einr\u00fchren, bis sie sich aufgel\u00f6st haben.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel oder K\u00fcchenmaschine die Mischung zusammen mit dem Mehl zu einem Teig verarbeiten. Dann Zucker, Butter und Zimt mischen und auf dem Teig verteilen. Pekan\u00fcsse zum Teig geben und halbieren und dann wieder halbieren (= 3 mal zusammen falten).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Einen Schnitt in der Mitte (um 2 k\u00fcrzere &quot;Teige&quot; zu haben). Dann je 6 Streifen l\u00e4ngs abschneiden. Je einen Streifen an den Enden nehmen und drehen. Um einen Finger rollen und dann um den Finger st\u00fclpen, um den &quot;Knoten&quot; hinzubekommen. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Mit Pflanzenmilch bestreichen &amp; mit mehr Zimt und braunem Zucker bestreuen. Dann bei 190C\/375F f\u00fcr 20 Min. backen. Und nat\u00fcrlich am besten &#8211; wie jedes Hefegeb\u00e4ck &#8211; am Tag des Backens. Solltest du einmal mehr \u00fcbrig haben, kannst du sie getrost bis zu 6 Monate einfrieren. Davor sollten sie aber unbedingt komplett ausgek\u00fchlt sein. Zum wieder Aufbacken, dann erst auftauen lassen und eine ofenfeste Sch\u00fcssel mit in den Ofen stellen. Dann backen.
