Schon seitdem ich denken kann, gibt es an Weihnachten schon immer welche. Ob mit Marmelade gef\u00fcllt, klassisch, oder einfach mit Schokolade. Lieber Lebkuchen selber backen!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus all den letzten Jahren an Back- und Kocherfahrung hat sich f\u00fcr mich gezeigt: Weniger ist mehr! Man braucht gar nicht so viele Zutaten, damit es so gut schmeckt. Und da ist es wiederum auch so toll, wenn man sich zu Hause ein wenig Zeit nimmt und selber backt. Meine Rezepte sind immer darauf ausgelegt, den besten Geschmack bei so wenig Zeitaufwand wie nur m\u00f6glich rauszuholen. Vegan backen kann auch richtig einfach sein und diese veganen Lebkuchen Pl\u00e4tzchen sind in nur 10 Minuten gezaubert! Und nat\u00fcrlich perfekt zu Weihnachten!
